Make Bourbon Chicken At Home You will need:
fresh chicken (legs and thighs) Louisiana Grill's Grilling and Finishing Sauce Soy sauce water

Pour 3 parts of soy sauce and 1 part water in a bowl. |

Place chicken in the bowl and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes. |
|
Fire up your grill and cook the chicken. |
|
Warm up the Finishing Sauce on the stove, grill or microwave. -- do not boil |
|
When chicken is cooked thoroughly about 20 minutes or when internal temperature reaches 165°F place on a serving plate and pour the warm Finishing Sauce over the chicken. |
